Life Coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling. The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client’s personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.
Life Coaching is a designed alliance between coach and client where the coaching relationship continually gives all the power back to you, the client. We believe that you know the answers to every question or challenge you may have in your life, even if those answers appear to be obscured, concealed or hidden inside.
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a name that encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and programming.
The neurological system regulates how our bodies function, language determines how we interface and communicate with other people and our programming determines the kinds of models of the world we create. Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our body and behavior (programming).
Collective consciousness, collective conscience, or collective conscious (French: conscience collective) is the set of shared beliefs, ideas and moral attitudes which operate as a unifying force within society.
Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment, which can be developed through the practice of meditation and other training. It is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

Executive Coaching is a facilitative one-to-one, mutually designed relationship between a professional coach and a key contributor who has a powerful position in the organization…The coaching is contracted for the benefit of a client who is accountable for highly complex decisions with wide scope of impact on the organization and industry as a whole.
The focus of the coaching is usually focused on organizational performance or development, but it may also serve a personal component as well.
Effective altruism is using evidence and analysis to take actions that help others as much as possible.
The world has a lot of horrible problems but we can’t work on them all at once. Our goal is to accomplish the most good for the world with our limited time, energy, and resources. There is a lot of agreement among people in the movement about what questions we should ask when figuring out what will help others the most.
Effective altruism is about answering one simple question: how can we use our resources to help others the most? Rather than just doing what feels right, we use evidence and careful analysis to find the very best causes to work on. But it’s no use answering the question unless you act on it. Effective altruism is about following through. It’s about being generous with your time and your money to do the most good you can.

What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is the clinical application of hypnosis. It is used to change behaviour that is negatively impacting your ability to live life to the fullest.
Hypnotherapy works by uncovering the reasons for your struggle trapped in your subconscious. Using hypnotherapy techniques, Linda will facilitate a process of healing to positively change your life. Unlike modern medicine, hypnotherapy seeks to uncover the cause of your problem and heal you forever – no drugs, no sedatives, no dulling the senses.

What is Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a totally natural state of mind and not what you may have seen on stage shows! There are many levels of Hypnosis:
• Waking hypnosis – day dreaming, watching a movie, yawning when someone else yawns;
• Light trance – when mind and body are totally relaxed;
• Medium trance or somnambulism – where you are open to suggestions and can easily recall past experiences;
• Deep trance or Esdaille state – this is a level just above sleep.
• A light to medium trance is best for hypnotherapy. In that trance I can communicate with you and get feedback from you.
How Many Hypnotherapy Therapy Sessions are Required?
This is really dependent on you. When undergoing hypnotherapy we are communicating directly with the subconscious mind, so problems can be fixed in a fairly short period of time – usually just a few sessions.
